Shah Rukh Khan, often dubbed the “King of Bollywood,” is proving once again why he reigns supreme in the world of cinema. His latest release, “Jawan,” directed by Atlee, is on the brink of achieving a monumental milestone by crossing the ₹700 crore mark in worldwide box office collections.

The film’s extraordinary success in North America is expected to earn Shah Rukh Khan the distinction of having two $10+ million grossing films in the same year, a remarkable feat that is set to make history.

During its opening weekend, “Jawan” held the distinction of being the second most-watched film globally, following “The Nun II,” with an impressive worldwide weekend collection of $62.7 million.

“Jawan” marks Shah Rukh Khan’s second cinematic release of the year, following the highly anticipated “Pathaan.” The film features an ensemble cast, including Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, and Sanya Malhotra, with Deepika Padukone making a memorable extended cameo appearance.

In “Jawan,” Shah Rukh Khan portrays a jailer who doubles as a vigilante, leading a group of female convicts on a mission to seek justice for the Indian public after years of corruption at the hands of unscrupulous businessmen and politicians.

As “Jawan” continues its triumphant journey at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan’s global stardom and the film’s powerful storytelling are captivating audiences worldwide, cementing SRK’s status as a true global box office sensation.
