Mr & Mrs Mahi Box Office Collection Day 9: Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's Film Reaches ₹27 Crore and Counting

The sports-drama “Mr & Mrs Mahi,” headlined by Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has successfully crossed the ₹27 crore mark at the domestic box office. On its ninth day, the film earned ₹2.15 crore, bringing its total collection to ₹27.90 crore, according to a report by Sacnilk.

Following an impressive first week, the box office numbers for “Mr & Mrs Mahi” have dipped slightly. The film, directed by Sharan Sharma, features Zarina Wahab, Kumud Mishra, and Rajesh Sharma in prominent roles. The story revolves around a married couple, Mahendra and Mahima, who share the nickname Mahi. Upon discovering Mahima’s passion for cricket, Mahendra decides to coach her, helping her pursue her dream of becoming a professional cricketer.

Before the release of “Mr & Mrs Mahi,” a special screening was organized for Bollywood A-listers. Janhvi Kapoor, embracing method dressing, arrived in style wearing a top with jersey details. Her sister, Khushi Kapoor, was seen alongside her rumored beau Vedang Raina. The premiere also saw the presence of the Laapataa Ladies squad, including Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Nitanshi Goel.

Prominent figures such as Janhvi’s father, producer Boney Kapoor, “Mr & Mrs Mahi” producer Karan Johar, and actors Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, and Boman Irani also attended the event. The film was released on May 31 and has been produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios.
