Saif Ali Khan plays a significant role as Jr NTR’s friend, who seems to be a ruthless character, while Janhvi Kapoor portrays the love interest of Jr NTR’s character. There are also hints of Jr NTR playing a double role in the film.

Jr NTR shared the trailer on Instagram, writing, “Here’s the #DevaraReleaseTrailer… Can’t wait for you all to experience Devara this September 27th!”

In a recent interview with filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Jr NTR provided insights into the filming of an intense underwater action sequence in Devara. According to the actor, they spent 30 to 35 days filming in water, using massive diggers to create artificial waves. Special effects like wave machines and motorboats were used to create ripple effects in a massive 200-by-150 water tank. Jr NTR teased that the film’s action scenes, especially those shot underwater, will leave the audience in awe.

With advance bookings already breaking records, Devara Part 1 is shaping up to be a major blockbuster, promising action, drama, and breathtaking visuals.
