Dakota Johnson Visits Siddhivinayak Temple With Sonali Bendre Ahead of Coldplay's Mumbai Concert

Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson is embracing India’s cultural and spiritual heritage during her visit to Mumbai. The actress, who arrived in the city on Thursday with her boyfriend, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, made a memorable visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple on Sunday.

Joining Dakota for the spiritual outing were Bollywood actresses Sonali Bendre and Gayatri Joshi. The trio was spotted entering the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Dakota looked elegant in a navy blue ethnic outfit paired with an orange dupatta, while Sonali donned a radiant beige suit and Gayatri opted for a graceful off-white traditional ensemble.

Spiritual Journey Continues

This isn’t the first temple visit for Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin during their trip. On Friday, the couple visited the Babulnath Temple in Mumbai, where they were warmly welcomed. Chris, dressed in a powder-blue kurta with black trousers and a scarf, greeted temple priests with folded hands. Dakota accompanied him in a printed kurti, looking poised as always.

The couple, who have been dating since 2017, are enjoying their time in Mumbai as Chris Martin and his bandmates prepare for their Music of the Spheres World Tour concert in the city.

Coldplay’s India Tour

Coldplay’s much-anticipated concert kicks off today at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai and will conclude on January 21. Following their Mumbai shows, the band will head to Ahmedabad to perform at the Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25 and 26.

Dakota Johnson, known for her roles in The Social Network, The Five-Year Engagement, Fifty Shades of Grey, and How To Be Single, has been spotted enjoying her stay in India while supporting Chris Martin during the band’s tour.
