The PIL alleges foul play during the online ticket sale process and calls for the implementation of guidelines to prevent ticket scalping and black marketing.
The Maharashtra Cyber department has deemed the existing measures insufficient and is urging platforms like BookMyShow to enhance their systems to ensure fair access for genuine fans.
