Youngest Advocate Sattyajeet Karale Patil is to fight his legal battle.

The Honorable High Court of Bombay has convicted the former President and directors of Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal of financial misconduct in the “Manacha-Mujra” Program and has ordered all of the accused to pay Rs.10,78,593. The news was published in the media, including the newspaper and the news channel. This news has also been transmitted on the ABP Majha news channel since the morning of September 24, 2022. The news then published by the ABP Marathi news channel included the names and photographs of the former directors and president. In 2010, Mr. Prasad Surve, President of the Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal, was convicted of financial fraud by the High Court of Bombay. However, in the news broadcast by ABP Majha, the photograph of the actor who played a role of villain in Marathi movie “Baloch” was shown in place of the convicted individual. The ABP Majha repeatedly displayed the actor’s image in the news, causing him rejection & mental harassment in the form of numerous calls. The actor was then neglected and removed from the various films that were to be filmed, resulting in a significant financial loss and a decline in his reputation in society, the film industry, and among his relatives.

He even approached various news agencies and media houses in an attempt to disseminate the truth, but no one was willing to oppose the large media house. Been a negative effect on his career, which he has built through his hard work and dedication. Mr. Surve having no other alternative but to file a complaint in the esteemed court and pray for a public apology by ABP Majha and compensation for damages done to his reputation and goodwill.
