Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary, one of television’s most adored couples, have been the subject of divorce rumours for months. However, Yuvika has finally addressed the speculation, putting all rumours to rest.
In an interview with ETimes, Yuvika explained that while the rumours “affected” Prince, she chose not to respond as she didn’t feel the need to clarify anything. She revealed that her absence from their home was due to construction work, not marital discord.
“This (parenthood) is a new journey for both of us. I didn’t react to the rumours back then. Prince is very emotional, and they affected him, but sometimes I feel there is no need to clarify things. At one point, when I said Prince was busy, I meant he was busy with work. Then people started saying that I was living at my mother’s house, but that was because there was construction work going on in my house. I didn’t feel the need to explain things to people,” Yuvika shared.
She also reflected on their journey together, from friendship to dating, marriage, and now parenthood. Despite facing both fun and tough times, she emphasized that their bond has only grown stronger over the years.
Rumours Sparked by Yuvika’s Absence on Prince’s Birthday
Speculation about their marriage first arose when netizens noticed Yuvika’s absence during Prince’s 34th birthday celebration on November 24, 2023. While Prince was seen posing with their newborn daughter, Yuvika was missing from the pictures, raising eyebrows among fans. Adding to the rumours, one of Prince’s comments from that time also went viral, fueling further concerns.
Prince’s Emotional Reaction to Daughter’s Birth
In an earlier interview with Free Press Journal, Prince shared that he was in Pune for a shoot when he received an unexpected call about Yuvika’s delivery. He rushed to the hospital, mentioning that his parents were also upset because they were informed at the last minute.
“I didn’t even know that the baby was coming. I found out from someone else. It was quite a surprise for me,” Prince revealed.
Prince and Yuvika first met on Bigg Boss 9 in 2015 and tied the knot on October 12, 2018. The couple welcomed their daughter, Ekleen, on October 19, 2024. Now embracing the new chapter of parenthood, Yuvika and Prince continue to stand strong together, shutting down all divorce rumours once and for all.
