Spotwon Group CEO Shriram Pawar Announce to Launch ‘OneConnect’: A Revolutionary Platform Delivering Direct Government Services to Citizens Across Maharashtra

After building ventures in gaming, esports, corporate services, and software technology, he is now preparing to introduce OneConnect Chatbot, a WhatsApp-based citizen service chatbot designed to bring government services directly to people across Maharashtra.
OneConnect Chatbot, scheduled for launch in the next 1-2 months, will provide citizens seamless access to 1000+ government documents and services – including birth certificates, caste certificates, various government schemes, and more. Citizens simply submit basic information through the WhatsApp chatbot, and receive their official documents directly on WhatsApp. This eliminates the usual chaos of office queues, middlemen, repeated visits, and unnecessary delays.
Speaking about the vision, Shriram says:
“If Maharashtra wants real digital transformation, we must eliminate corruption and simplify access. OneConnect supports the vision of a Viksit Maharashtra 2047 by taking services directly to the people, not forcing them to struggle with the system.”
The first rollout will begin in Mumbai, followed shortly by a statewide expansion covering every district in Maharashtra. Corporatesaathi Team is also developing a dedicated OneConnect mobile app, expected to launch by March 2026, further strengthening its long-term digital roadmap under the Viksit Maharashtra 2047 initiative.
Shriram dropout from Indian Institude of Technology (IIT) one of India’s top engineering institute, choosing to build his own path despite family pressure, societal doubt, and financial hurdles. Instead of taking an easier road, he went after complex, high-impact problems. OneConnect is a direct extension of that mindset, fixing pain points that ordinary citizens face every single day.
As the launch approaches, OneConnect is already gaining attention as one of Maharashtra’s most ambitious and impactful digital public-service initiatives. Many experts believe it has the potential to become the state’s largest and most influential digital service platform.
