The romantic comedy “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” featuring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in lead roles, is witnessing a remarkable surge at the box office as it enters its second day of release. According to a report by Sacnilk.com, the film grossed an estimated ₹9.5 crore nett in India on its second day in theaters. Film trade analyst Ramesh Bala reported that “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” amassed ₹20.02 crore worldwide on Saturday, indicating a strong performance both domestically and internationally.
With a cumulative collection of approximately ₹16.2 crore nett in India so far, the film is expected to maintain its momentum in the days leading up to Valentine’s Day. Occupancy rates for the film stood at 22.16% in Hindi on Saturday, reflecting the growing interest among audiences.
Ramesh Bala also highlighted the film’s impressive growth, stating, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya sees a huge jump at the box office on day 2 all over. Day 2 India NBOC – ₹10.5 crore. Day 2 worldwide gross – ₹20.02 crore. A strong Sunday ahead.”
Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” tells the story of a man who falls in love and decides to marry a robot named Sifra, portrayed by Kriti Sanon. Produced by Maddock Films, the film also features veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles.
