Tiku Talsania Hospitalised After Brain Stroke, Rashami Desai Assures Fans of His Recovery

Veteran actor Tiku Talsania, known for his memorable roles in Bollywood classics, was hospitalised on Friday after suffering a brain stroke. The incident occurred during a screening of Rashami Desai’s Gujarati film Mom Tane Nai Samjay in Mumbai. Actress Rashami Desai, who met Tiku moments before he fell ill, shared her shock and relief as she spoke about the incident.

Rashami’s Interaction with Tiku

A video circulating on social media captures Tiku Talsania warmly greeting and posing with Rashami Desai at the event. Recalling the encounter, Rashami said, “When I met him, he was absolutely fine. He seemed cheerful, and I was shocked to learn about his sudden discomfort.”

She further assured fans, “Tiku ji is currently under observation and surrounded by his loved ones. He is doing better, and I am grateful for the prayers and well-wishes pouring in for his recovery.”

Rashami revealed that shortly after their meeting, Tiku began experiencing discomfort and pain. “It happened about 15 minutes after I met him. He shared his uneasiness with one of the attendees and was immediately rushed to the hospital,” she said.

Medical Update

Tiku Talsania is admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. While initial reports suggested he had suffered a heart attack, his wife Deepti Talsania clarified, “He suffered a brain stroke, not a heart attack. He began feeling unwell around 8 PM during the screening.”

Tiku Talsania’s Legacy

Tiku Talsania has had an illustrious career in Bollywood, celebrated for his comedic timing in iconic films like Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin (1991), Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (1993), and Ishq (1997). His versatility also shone in non-comic roles, including his performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas (2002).
