Ranbir Kapoor Dazzles as Showstopper at Delhi Fashion Event, Dances Like a Groom

Actor Ranbir Kapoor stole the spotlight at the recent fashion show “Baaraat by Tasva,” designed by Tarun Tahiliani, held in Delhi. The event, which showcased Indian wedding attire, featured Kapoor in a stunning ensemble that made him look every bit the groom, captivating fans and attendees alike.

A Grand Entrance and Stunning Attire

Ranbir made a memorable entrance in a car, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of dhols. The actor waved to the crowd, blew kisses, and greeted fans with folded hands, showcasing his charisma right from the start. On stage, he joined other models—his groomsmen—for a lively dance, radiating joy and energy.

The 41-year-old actor wore a silk ivory sherwani paired with matching pants, complemented by traditional ivory and pink mojri footwear. His look was further enhanced by a shawl draped over his shoulder and a silk turban adorned with colorful stones and pearls. His co-star from “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar,” Anubhav Singh Bassi, also walked the ramp in a stylish black outfit as one of the groomsmen.

Reflecting on His Own Wedding

During interactions with the media, Ranbir fondly recalled his wedding to actress Alia Bhatt. He mentioned how Alia meticulously planned their special day, stating, “My wife planned everything; I just had to follow her lead. Our wedding took place at our home only, so it was not that hectic. And it was just a perfect marriage. To be a bridegroom again in this collection just feels good.”

Fans React

Fans were quick to express their admiration for Ranbir’s performance and appearance. Comments flooded social media platforms, with one fan exclaiming, “Best handsome, charming groom ever,” while another added, “Wowww!!! So so handsome!! He looks stunning as a showstopper.” Many joked about whether Ranbir was getting married again, highlighting his captivating look at the event.

Recent Appearances and Upcoming Projects

In addition to the fashion show, Ranbir recently visited a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai, where he shared a delightful moment with actress Rani Mukerji. Their heartwarming interaction, which included Rani kissing Ranbir on the cheek, captured the attention of fans and paparazzi alike.

Looking ahead, Ranbir Kapoor is set to appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated film “Love And War,” alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He is also reported to be involved in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming adaptation of “Ramayana.”
