Rakhi Sawant, known for her bold statements and high-profile relationships, has once again made headlines by confirming her plans to marry Pakistani actor and police officer Dodi Khan. In a recent interview with News18, Rakhi openly expressed her love for Dodi and shared that they are preparing for a “love marriage.”
“He is my love. We love each other. He is from Pakistan. I am from India, so we will have a love marriage,” Rakhi stated.
However, Rakhi’s announcement did not come without controversy. She took the opportunity to criticize her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani, accusing him of trying to spread misinformation about her.
“Adil is jealous of my marriage, so he wants bad publicity, wrong publicity from my name. I really don’t want to give any publicity to that idiot,” Rakhi remarked.
Rakhi and Adil’s marriage ended in 2023 after she accused him of infidelity and other serious allegations. Adil was arrested on February 7, 2023, and spent five months in prison before being released. Before Adil, Rakhi was married to Ritesh Raj Singh, with whom she appeared in Bigg Boss 15. However, their relationship ended shortly after the reality show concluded in February 2022.
Beyond her personal life, Rakhi Sawant has had a notable career in Bollywood and television. She has appeared in films such as Mumbai Xpress, Dil Bole Hadippa!, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, and Buddha Mar Gaya. She is also famous for her dance numbers like Kismat Se Chalti Hai, Dekhta Hai Tu Kya, and Jawani Ki Bank Loot Le.
