And came to the fitness field to study his root reason for retiring. He qualified for the ACE CPT exam from the American Council on Exercise and started working out in a gym. He introduced himself as a strength and conditioning coach for his Amity University football team.

The University team had never had a fitness coach before, but during that time the players got fit and their performances steadily increased.
And then during the Corona period, Pushpendra joined an online fitness company where he created workout and meal plans for his clients based on their goals, whether it was to lose weight or get a toned body and for athlete clients their professional training regimen.
During that time, many of his ex-players and his friends who were professional players approached Pushpendra to design their training routines. Pushpendra often is used to help him recover from injuries as his name spread due to the positive response from his clients and players.

In 2021, while preparing for the NSCA CSCS, he was also given the opportunity to coach the Delhi Senior National Team for the Santosh Trophy as a strength and conditioning specialist, and after the Santosh Trophy, he was named among Delhi players. became most popular. The main team players asked him to coach them after the competition.

This is where the idea of ​​creating a platform where all grassroots athletes can get professional training came from. Which includes fitness training as well as game conditioning because to get holistic professional training in India, you need to be at the top level.

Pushpendra Singh, along with his brother and a few colleagues, started a project called POB in which he gathered fitness experts and former players and incorporated professional training, workout sessions, rest recovery ground sessions, personalized meal planning, and monitoring systems. And kept the very affordable price of 5k for the three-month plan. After working on the project for five months and receiving positive feedback from training over 500 athletes, he decided to start this company.

Its mission is to give an opportunity to all athletes in India to eliminate the basic mistakes they make in the early stages of their careers due to lack of awareness, fitness training and education; To improve their strength and position for their specific role in the sport. Through the ‘Power Of Basics’ company, he is providing Ground Session Training, Workout plans, Meal plans, Follow Up, Progress Tracking, Off Field Monitoring and Mental Health Care. Power Of Basics’s major clients are Rajasthan United FC, Football Delhi Association, Vatika FC, Amity University, Baller’s Academy, Goal Hunterz FC etc.
