This academic excellence, combined with his long-standing interest in business, laid the foundation for what would soon become one of Gwalior’s most promising startups.

His first venture was a vegetable home delivery service aimed at bringing fresh produce directly to people’s doorsteps. Despite a clear vision, the lack of funding and logistical support forced him to abandon the idea before it could fully take off. Undeterred, Ayush shifted his focus to digital education and launched a YouTube channel to teach students, hoping to create impact through online learning. However, the channel struggled to gain traction, and the lack of audience engagement led to yet another roadblock. While both attempts ended in failure, they became crucial stepping stones—shaping his resilience, sharpening his business instincts, and preparing him for the eventual success of Snehnod Services.

With limited resources but unlimited passion, Ayush launched Snehnod Services on 25th December 2023, starting with just ₹500. Initially, he offered home cleaning services on a bicycle, handling everything himself—from marketing to manual cleaning.
