Kunal Kemmu’s directorial venture, “Madgaon Express,” kicked off its box office journey on a positive note, garnering ₹1.5 crore on its opening day, as reported by Sacnilk. The comedy-drama, released on March 22, marks Kemmu’s debut as a director and features a talented ensemble cast including Pratik Gandhi, Divyenndu, and Avinash Tiwary in lead roles.
The film follows the misadventures of three childhood friends on a beach excursion to Goa, which takes unexpected turns. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, “Madgaon Express” also stars Nora Fatehi, Chhaya Kadam, and Remo D’Souza in pivotal roles.
Leading up to the film’s release, actress Soha Ali Khan, Kemmu’s wife, shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram, showcasing the film’s production and promotional activities.
