US singer Justin Bieber has arrived in Mumbai to perform at the sangeet ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, scheduled for Friday evening. The Ambani family reportedly paid a substantial amount to bring Bieber to India for this high-profile event.

Bieber was seen at the Mumbai airport, surrounded by heavy security. Dressed in a pink sweatshirt and red bucket hat, he swiftly moved to his car without acknowledging the paparazzi. According to a Portuguese portal LeoDias, Bieber’s performance fee is around ₹83 crore or $10 million. This marks his second performance in India, following his 2017 concert where he was criticized for lip-syncing.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s Wedding
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of industrialist Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, will marry Radhika Merchant, daughter of businessman Viren Merchant, on July 12. The sangeet will be held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in BKC, Mumbai, attended by family, friends, and Bollywood celebrities.
The wedding invitation recently went viral, giving a glimpse into the elaborate preparations. The festivities will adhere to traditional Hindu Vedic customs, starting with the Shubh Vivah on Friday, July 12. Guests are encouraged to wear traditional Indian attire. The celebrations will continue with Shubh Aashirwad on Saturday, July 13, and conclude with Mangal Utsav, the wedding reception, on Sunday, July 14. Guests are asked to dress in ‘Indian chic’ for the grand occasion.
