Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, have welcomed a new addition to their family nearly two years after the tragic loss of the Punjabi singer. Balkaur Singh, aged 60, took to Instagram to share the joyful news along with a touching message and a photo of the newborn alongside a portrait of his late son.
In his Instagram post, Balkaur Singh expressed gratitude for the blessings and love from millions of fans who cherish the memory of Shubdeep, commonly known as Sidhu Moose Wala. The caption reads, “With the blessings of millions of souls who love Shubdeep, the Almighty has put Shubh’s younger brother in our group. With the blessings of Wahe Guru, the family is healthy and thankful to all the well-wishers for their immense love.”
The birth of their new son comes as a ray of happiness for the family, especially after the tragic loss of Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead in Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29, 2022. Moose Wala, a popular singer-turned-politician, was only 28 years old at the time of his untimely death.
The incident occurred while Moose Wala and two friends were traveling to a village in Punjab, and their vehicle came under a hail of bullets. Moose Wala, who was the only child of Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Charan Kaur had conceived through the In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) technique, a method that brought hope and joy to the family amidst their grief.
The news of the new addition to Sidhu Moose Wala’s family has been met with warm wishes and congratulations from fans and well-wishers, showcasing the enduring love and support for the renowned singer’s legacy.
