In an unprecedented feat, the Teja Sajja-starrer “HanuMan” has secured a global box office collection of ₹200 crore within just 10 days of its release. Mythri Movie Makers, a distributor of the film, proudly announced the milestone on social media, expressing gratitude for the divine blessings of Lord Shree Ram.
The announcement was made through a poster shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), capturing the essence of the film’s success. The caption read, “Jai Shri Ram. With the divine blessings of Lord Shree Ram, #HanuManRAMpage continues to soar higher at the Box-office. 200 crore worldwide collections for #HANUMAN in just 10 days. In India alone, “HanuMan” has garnered a commendable ₹132.05 crore in its 10-day run. The week one collection comprised ₹99.85 crore, with Telugu leading at ₹73.89 crore, Hindi at ₹24.5 crore, Tamil at ₹78 lakh, Kannada at ₹52 lakh, and Malayalam at ₹16 lakh. On day 9, the film added ₹14.6 crore, followed by ₹17.6 crore on day 10. Ahead of the consecration ceremony at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple, the team behind “HanuMan” made a noteworthy announcement of donating over ₹2.6 crore to the temple. The company revealed that the film’s team had pledged ₹5 from each ticket sale towards this noble cause. With a total of 53,28,211 tickets sold, the donation sum amounted to ₹2,66,41,055.
In a statement on X, Mythri Movie Makers expressed gratitude to the audience, saying, “Thank you to the 53,28,211 people who have joined the great cause of donating to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir amounting to a sum of ₹2,66,41,055.
