Govinda Discharged from Hospital Following Gunshot Injury

Actor Govinda has been discharged from the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound earlier this week. The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when the actor accidentally misfired his gun while cleaning his closet, injuring his foot.

Following the accident, Govinda was admitted to a hospital in Juhu, Mumbai, where he received medical attention. His wife, Sunita Ahuja, provided updates on his condition to the media gathered outside the hospital. She reassured fans, stating, “With everyone’s blessings, he has completely recovered. We are praying for him everywhere. He has a lot of fans everywhere. After a few months, he will start dancing again. Thank you so much.”

Sunita was in Kolkata at the time of the incident but rushed back to support her husband. Reports indicate that the accident happened due to a broken part of the gun’s lock, leading to an accidental discharge while the weapon was loaded with six bullets. Doctors successfully removed the bullet from Govinda’s leg, and he was kept under observation for a short period before his discharge.

Upon leaving the hospital, Govinda was seen in good spirits, and his family expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support from fans during this challenging time.
