Hyderabad, India — October 2025:
India’s fast-growing logistics and on-demand delivery market is about to experience a defining moment with the upcoming launch of CarriBiz, a platform built to empower delivery partners and bring fairness to the heart of the industry.
Founded by three engineering students from St. Peter’s Engineering College — Jai Shankar, Raghu Sai, and the Founder of CarriBiz — the startup aims to revolutionize how delivery work is valued and rewarded.
This November 2025, CarriBiz is all set to launch nationwide, introducing a model that puts delivery partners first — ensuring faster earnings, better access to jobs, and a transparent experience for both customers and partners.
The Story Behind CarriBiz
CarriBiz was founded in 2024 after the team realized a simple truth — delivery partners form the backbone of the logistics industry, yet they often lack fair systems that reflect their contribution.
To address this gap, the founders decided to go beyond assumptions. They spent almost a year working alongside delivery partners, traveling across cities, and learning firsthand about their struggles — from fluctuating incomes to long wait times.
“We wanted to understand, not assume,” said the Founder of CarriBiz.
“Riding with them opened our eyes. We saw the real challenges — long hours, low incentives, and the lack of support systems that could make their jobs sustainable.”
Those experiences led to the foundation of CarriBiz — a platform that respects effort, ensures opportunity, and provides real financial flexibility for every delivery partner.
The CarriBiz Model: Empowerment Through Innovation
At the core of CarriBiz lies India’s first “Earn Now, Pay Later” model — a system that gives delivery partners the power to earn immediately while managing operational costs later.
This model helps partners maintain financial flow, eliminates unnecessary delays, and allows them to work without stress. Combined with a smart booking system, CarriBiz ensures better time management, faster matching, and reduced idle hours.
“Every partner deserves the freedom to focus on their work, not their worries,” the Founder explained.
“Our model lets them do exactly that.”
CarriBiz also emphasizes community — creating a network where partners connect, learn, and support one another. The goal is to turn logistics from an individual hustle into a shared growth ecosystem.
The Vision: Fairness, Technology, and Human Connection
CarriBiz’s vision extends beyond logistics — it’s about building a fairer economic framework for delivery workers.
“Technology can solve big problems, but empathy keeps those solutions grounded,” added the Founder.
“We’re combining both — building a system that’s fast, reliable, and fair.”
This philosophy drives every decision at CarriBiz — from its app design to its earnings system. Every delivery made on the platform stands for dignity, opportunity, and progress.
What’s Next for CarriBiz
CarriBiz is currently a part of the NVIDIA Inception Program and is being incubated at the SPECIE Incubation Centre, supported by St. Peter’s Engineering College.
These partnerships provide the technical expertise and mentoring that help CarriBiz scale efficiently while staying true to its values.
As November 2025 approaches, the CarriBiz team prepares to launch a platform that doesn’t just deliver packages — it delivers change.Fairness today builds the future of logistics.
