After completing her post-graduation she join Government Stanley medical college, Chennai and did fellowship in cosmetic surgery, hair transplantation. Immediately after completion, she did the post graduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology from university of Greifswald Germany. With immense knowledge and experience in hand, she was getting grand offers from various private centers. But service was her first priority. She stuck with her Government service. History was created in Health Service, when she started the first Cosmetology Department in Government hospital, Malappuram second history when she performed the first hair transplantation in government hospital Malappuram under her expertise, a fully equipped Cosmetology theatre was started in Government set up. Which was a blessing for common people. Meanwhile she was transferred to her home town and joined in Government Dermatology Hospital, Calicut. She started her service for 75 leprosy affected people there but her passion for Cosmetology continued. A hospital where, minimum of 30 to 40 out patients came but with her entry and fame, in health department the out patients flooded with 500 to 600 per day. There was no Cosmetic surgery with which they took initiative and with the help of Government funds a fully-fledged Cosmetic theater was setup. Presently she is in charge of the theater.
Recently she is dedicating her time entirely for cosmetology. she along with her dear friend Dr. Meghana Bagalkotkar conducts academic sessions for doctors Dr.Prathyusha dedicates her time for the following procedures.

There are lot of feathers in her cap, but her service mind was always inside her. She decided to step into this field of LGBTIQIA+ Health care and she along with 9 Doctors started the pride in practice charitable trust. She is the only Dermatologist who underwent International training in LGBTIQIA+ aspects. Presently her trust is doing Sex reassignment surgeries, Hormone replacement treatment & safe gender transition psychiatric help, Cosmetic Surgeries non Cosmetic invasive treatment, Cosmetic Gynecology treatment, free camps for LGBTIQIA+ community.
With immense knowledge she finally decided to have her own academy and established Skin Zensation Academy of aesthetics and Wellness with her experience and knowledge. The STED council Government of India with immense happiness affiliated her academy under Government of India. Where ever she touches she makes history, and now Skin Zensation Academy of Aesthetics And Wellness is the only medical academy which is affiliated to STED council Government of India.
Her journey continues as the rarely takes Rest in 24 hrs. At the age of 44 years enthusiastic, highly talented, skilled, professional experience and much more a fitness freak, and gem of a personality let her fly more heights.
