Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have delighted fans this Diwali with the heartwarming announcement of their newborn daughter’s name: Dua Padukone Singh. The couple shared a beautiful picture of their baby girl along with a touching message on social media, stating, “Dua Padukone Singh | दुआ पादुकोण सिंह. ‘Dua’ means a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer.”
Alia Bhatt, a close friend of the couple, expressed her joy by flooding the comments section with heart emojis. Other celebrities such as Orry, Ananya Panday, and Dia Mirza also sent their warm wishes to the new parents, celebrating the arrival of their little one.
The couple welcomed their baby girl just a day after Deepika was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai. They announced the arrival with a simple yet joyful message: “Welcome Baby Girl! 8.9.2024.”
