"Mr & Mrs Mahi" Box Office Report: Janhvi Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao Film's Day 6 Collection and Progress

The box office journey of “Mr & Mrs Mahi” continues with updates on its Day 6 collection, showcasing a slight dip but maintaining a steady pace. The film, starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, amassed ₹1.75 crore on Wednesday, contributing to a cumulative total of ₹22.60 crore, as reported by Sacnilk. The film registered an overall 11.31% Hindi occupancy on Wednesday.

“Mr & Mrs Mahi” made its debut on the silver screen on May 31, captivating audiences with its story centered around a married couple, Mahendra and Mahima, who share a passion for cricket. Alongside Kapoor and Rao, the film features talented actors Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and Rajesh Sharma.

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), highlighted the film’s performance dynamics, indicating an anticipated Week 1 target of ₹24 crore. Adarsh emphasized the necessity for the film’s business to escalate over the weekend for favorable outcomes. His breakdown of the film’s Week 1 box office figures includes Friday at ₹6.85 crore, Saturday at ₹4.65 crore, Sunday at ₹5.62 crore, Monday at ₹2.21 crore, and Tuesday at ₹1.86 crore, totaling ₹21.19 crore in India business.

Rajkummar Rao, one of the lead actors, expressed gratitude for the audience’s support as “Mr & Mrs Mahi” crossed the ₹20-crore mark. Sharing a special note, Rao thanked viewers and appreciated the film’s reception. The film’s promotional poster highlighted its success at ₹21.19 crore, showcasing “scoring big with love.”

Before the film’s release, Rajkummar Rao treated fans to a behind-the-scenes look from the sets of “Mr & Mrs Mahi,” inviting viewers into the world of the film’s making. The movie is a collaborative effort between Dharma Productions and Zee Studios, adding to the anticipation and excitement surrounding its success.
