The heist comedy film “Crew,” starring Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, continues to make waves at the worldwide box office with its impressive performance on its second day of release. After a record-breaking opening day, the film showed slight growth on its second day, solidifying its position as a box office success.

According to the latest worldwide box office numbers released by the makers, “Crew” has collected a commendable ₹21.06 crores on its second day, adding to its already impressive opening day collection of ₹20.07 crores. This brings the total box office earnings for the film to ₹41.13 crores within just two days of its release.

“Crew” has not only made history as the highest opening day grosser for any female-led Hindi film but also garnered praise and encouragement from industry peers. Katrina Kaif, in response to Rhea Kapoor’s gratitude post, expressed her happiness at the film’s success, while Farah Khan congratulated Kapoor and encouraged her to take a well-deserved holiday.

Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan of “Lootcase” fame, “Crew” revolves around the lives of flight attendants portrayed by Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, who find themselves embroiled in a series of comedic yet chaotic events when they uncover a passenger smuggling gold plates onboard their airline, Kohinoor Airlines. The film also features Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, Saswata Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda in pivotal roles.

With positive word of mouth and the weekend boosting its box office numbers, “Crew” is expected to continue its successful run, delighting audiences and further establishing itself as a box office hit in the days to come.
