After a strong opening weekend, the film witnessed a slight dip in its box office numbers on day 6. According to a Sacnilk report, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” collected ₹2.25 crore on its sixth day, bringing its total gross to ₹45.55 crore. Despite the dip, the film continues to draw audiences to theaters with its captivating performances and thrilling plot.
One of the highlights of the film is Akshay Kumar’s portrayal of Captain Firoz aka Freddy, alongside Tiger Shroff as Captain Rakesh alias Rocky. Fans have also praised Prithviraj Sukumaran’s performance as the villainous Kabir, adding depth to the film’s narrative.
Producer Jackky Bhagnani shared insights into the film’s pre-release buzz, revealing that veteran actor Govinda, who starred in the 1998 film “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” appreciated the trailer of the new adaptation. Bhagnani mentioned that Govinda’s words of praise for director Ali Abbas Zafar’s vision boosted the team’s confidence in delivering a compelling cinematic experience.
“Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” marks the first-time on-screen collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, backed by Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films. The film’s multi-language release in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu has further expanded its reach and appeal to diverse audiences across India.
