Bobby Deol Praises "Superman" Brother Sunny in Emotional Tribute on 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'

In a heartwarming display of brotherly love, actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol are set to enchant audiences with their camaraderie on an upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. Ahead of the episode’s release, Netflix unveiled a teaser showcasing Bobby’s heartfelt admiration for Sunny, whom he hailed as a real-life “superman.”

During the promo, Bobby Deol expressed profound respect for his brother, highlighting Sunny’s resilience despite undergoing multiple back surgeries. “In real life, if there is someone strong like Superman, then it’s my brother,” Bobby remarked, emphasizing Sunny’s unwavering strength. He marveled at Sunny’s ability to effortlessly lift others for his roles, despite the challenges he has faced with his back surgeries.

The emotional exchange continued as Sunny Deol reflected on the significant successes the Deol family experienced in 2023. Dharmendra’s captivating presence in Karan Johar’s hit film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, alongside the triumph of Gadar 2 and the overwhelming response to Animal, marked a period of rejuvenation in the careers of Sunny and Bobby Deol.

Speaking of the family’s journey, Sunny shared his joy over his son’s marriage, the success of Gadar 2, and the release of his father’s film, expressing gratitude for the blessings they have received.

Looking ahead, Bobby Deol is set to share screen space with Suriya in Kanguva, while also gearing up for a web series alongside Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Meanwhile, Sunny Deol is immersed in the filming of Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced under Aamir Khan’s banner. The film boasts a star-studded cast including Preity Zinta, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Shabana Azmi, marking a significant collaboration in Indian cinema.
