Alia Bhatt Hails War 2 Teaser as “A Special Pre-Birthday” for Ayan Mukerji; Industry Reactions Pour In

The teaser of War 2, one of the most awaited films from Yash Raj Films’ ambitious spy universe, has set social media abuzz following its release on Monday. Starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani, the teaser has not only stirred excitement among fans but also drawn glowing praise from Bollywood celebrities.

Alia Bhatt, who shares a close bond with the film’s director Ayan Mukerji, was among the first to react. Sharing the teaser on her Instagram story, she wrote, “Seated for the . A special pre-birthday for real, Ayan Mukerji,” tagging lead stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani. Ayan Mukerji’s birthday falls on August 15, while the film is scheduled to hit theatres a day earlier on August 14, 2025.
