
In a significant development, Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been extended an official invitation to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The high-profile event, scheduled for January 22, has garnered attention as eminent personalities from various spheres are expected to be part of the momentous occasion.
The invitation was personally extended to the actor couple by Shri Sunil Ambekar, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), and Shri Ajay Mudpe, Prant Prachar Pramukh, RSS Konkan. Producer Mahaveer Jain, representing the organizers, shared a statement confirming the invitation and the actors’ anticipated presence at the auspicious Shri Ramjanmabhoomi Mandir Pranpratishtha Ceremony.
The statement elaborated on the meeting between the representatives and Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, affirming their participation in the significant event set to mark the temple’s consecration.
This development comes after veteran star Rajinikanth was also extended a personal invitation to attend the historic ceremony. Sources close to Mahaveer Jain previously revealed the expected attendance of a constellation of Bollywood luminaries, including Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Prabhas, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, and Akshay Kumar, among others.
