Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson is embracing India’s cultural and spiritual heritage during her visit to Mumbai. The actress, who arrived in the city on Thursday with her boyfriend, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, made a memorable visit to the Siddhivinayak Temple on Sunday.
Joining Dakota for the spiritual outing were Bollywood actresses Sonali Bendre and Gayatri Joshi. The trio was spotted entering the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Dakota looked elegant in a navy blue ethnic outfit paired with an orange dupatta, while Sonali donned a radiant beige suit and Gayatri opted for a graceful off-white traditional ensemble.
Spiritual Journey Continues
This isn’t the first temple visit for Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin during their trip. On Friday, the couple visited the Babulnath Temple in Mumbai, where they were warmly welcomed. Chris, dressed in a powder-blue kurta with black trousers and a scarf, greeted temple priests with folded hands. Dakota accompanied him in a printed kurti, looking poised as always.
The couple, who have been dating since 2017, are enjoying their time in Mumbai as Chris Martin and his bandmates prepare for their Music of the Spheres World Tour concert in the city.
