Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh once again won the hearts of his fans during his recent concert in Manchester, UK, as part of his Dil-Luminati Tour. In a viral video from the event, Diljit is seen gifting a pair of shoes to a fan from Pakistan, followed by a touching message that left the audience cheering.

Diljit’s Special Gift and Message of Unity

During his performance on Saturday, Diljit noticed a fan in the crowd and began conversing with her. Upon learning that she was from Pakistan, the singer decided to gift her a pair of shoes as a token of appreciation. His gesture was followed by a heartwarming message about love and unity that transcends political borders.

Addressing the crowd, Diljit said, “I don’t believe that borders can divide people. Be it India or Pakistan, it’s all the same for me. There is immense love for all in the hearts of Punjabis, whether they are from here or there. These borders are made by politicians, but Punjabis, no matter where they are, share the same love.” His message, delivered in Punjabi, resonated with the audience and was met with loud cheers and applause.

Family Introduced to Fans for the First Time

In an emotional moment during the concert, Diljit introduced his family members to his fans for the first time. He bowed before a woman on stage, hugged her, and announced, “By the way, this is my mom.” His mother was visibly moved as he embraced her once more. He then introduced his sister to the audience, marking a special family moment that touched his fans.

Diljit’s Upcoming Tour in India

Following his UK performances, Diljit is set to return to India for the next leg of his tour in October. The Indian leg of the Dil-Luminati Tour will kick off at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on October 26, and will then travel to cities such as Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.

Diljit’s Role in Border 2

On the acting front, Diljit Dosanjh recently announced his involvement in the upcoming film Border 2, alongside Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The sequel, set against the backdrop of the Battle of Longewala, is expected to begin filming in November, adding another exciting project to Diljit’s diverse career.
