Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have leased a luxurious apartment in the prestigious Beau Monde Towers in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi area for ₹7 lakh per month. The rental agreement for the 2,319 sq ft property, located on the 24th floor, was registered on November 13, 2024, according to property documents obtained by Square Yards.
The couple, who are known for their opulent lifestyle, have committed to a three-year rental arrangement, with an initial deposit of ₹21 lakh. The monthly rent will be ₹7 lakh for the first 18 months, after which it will rise to ₹7.35 lakh for the remaining 18 months. The apartment includes three dedicated car parking spaces.
Prime Location in Central Mumbai
The Prabhadevi area is located in central Mumbai, offering excellent connectivity to both the Western and Central suburbs. Notable landmarks in the area include the famous Siddhivinayak Temple, Dadar Beach, and the High Street Phoenix mall, making it a highly desirable location for luxury living.

This new rental home adds to Deepika Padukone’s impressive real estate portfolio. In September 2024, she made headlines with her purchase of a lavish 1,845 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for ₹17.7 crore. The apartment is located close to Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence, Mannat.
Additionally, in September 2021, Deepika and Ranveer purchased a sprawling 5 BHK bungalow in Alibag, spanning 9,000 square meters, for ₹22 crore.
