Bollywood A-Listers, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and More, Attend Maharashtra Chief Minister's Grand Ganesh Utsav

A constellation of Bollywood’s brightest stars illuminated the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations held at the residence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde in Mumbai. The star-studded evening was headlined by none other than the iconic duo of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, rekindling memories of their iconic film, “Karan Arjun.”

Shah Rukh Khan, arriving at the Utsav without his family, and Salman Khan, accompanied by his sister Arpita Khan and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, graced the occasion in traditional kurtas, exuding charm and style.

The glittering event was further enhanced by the presence of Bollywood veterans Jackie Shroff and Suniel Shetty, who sought the blessings of Lord Ganpati and participated in the aarti.

Adding a touch of glamour and festive cheer, actresses Pooja Hegde, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ameesha Patel graced the event in their resplendent traditional attire. Pooja Hegde and Bhumi Pednekar made a striking statement in matching yellow sarees, while Ameesha Patel opted for a graceful white ensemble.

The celebration also showcased the unity and love among Bollywood couples. Rajkummar Rao, Rakul Preet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal, and Shriya Saran made appearances with their respective partners, embodying couple goals with their affectionate presence.

Television sensation Rupali Ganguly, fondly known as Anupamaa, attended the Utsav with her son Rudransh, adding a touch of small screen charm to the star-studded night.

After paying their respects to Lord Ganesh at the Chief Minister’s residence, Shah Rukh Khan took a moment to visit the T-Series office to offer prayers. During his visit, he was warmly greeted by Bhushan Kumar, the head of T-Series, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the director of the highly anticipated film “Animal.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s latest release, “Jawan,” continues to dominate the box office, achieving remarkable success. As of Day 17, the film had crossed the ₹492 crore mark in domestic box office collections. It is on track to cross ₹500 crore, making it one of Bollywood’s fastest achievers in 2023, surpassing even “Pathaan.”

The star-studded Ganesh Utsav, attended by Bollywood’s finest, was a grand celebration of tradition and camaraderie in the heart of Mumbai.
