The film recorded an overall 20.85% occupancy in the Hindi belt on Saturday, showing a slight growth compared to its opening day.

Crazxy’s Box Office Performance

Crazy, which hit the screens on February 28, had a modest start, earning ₹1.10 crore on its opening day. Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the figures on X (formerly Twitter), noting that the film, despite facing competition from Chhaava, opened on expected lines. He highlighted that the film primarily targets key urban centers and needs significant growth over the weekend for a strong run at the box office.

Plot and Cast

Directed by debutant Girish Kohli, known for his work in Mom and Kesari, Crazxy follows the story of Dr. Abhimanyu Sood, played by Sohum Shah. His life takes an unexpected turn after a shocking phone call, leading him into a high-stakes chase filled with mystery and danger. The film has been praised for its gripping narrative and Sohum Shah’s intense performance.

Apart from Shah, the film features an ensemble cast, including Tinnu Anand, Nimisha Sajayan, and Shilpa Shukla in pivotal roles.

Production and Reception

Crazy is produced under the banner of Sohum Shah Films, with Sohum Shah, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad backing the project. Critics have lauded Shah’s solo act, with reviews noting his compelling portrayal of a doctor racing against time to save his kidnapped daughter—a child he had once abandoned.
