Uorfi Javed Walks Out of Samay Raina’s Show, Calls Out Contestants for Derogatory Remarks

Social media influencer and television personality Uorfi Javed recently walked out of comedian Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent after facing abusive and derogatory remarks from two contestants. Taking to Instagram Stories, Uorfi broke her silence on the incident, expressing her disgust and calling out the behavior she endured during the live show.

In her posts, Uorfi revealed that the contestants made personal and offensive comments about her, leading her to exit the show midway. She shared, “Nowadays, people think it’s cool to abuse someone or shame them for views. I’m sorry, but I’m not okay with anyone abusing me or shaming me for my body count—which they don’t know but assumed it must be high.”

She added that one of the contestants got angry when she questioned his act of pretending to be handicapped, responding with abusive language on stage. Another contestant compared her to adult film star Mia Khalifa and expressed displeasure over her presumed personal choices. “I was disgusted,” Uorfi wrote.

Despite the incident, Uorfi clarified that she has no issues with Samay Raina or the show’s team, who consoled her after the incident. She wrote, “In no way do I blame @maisamayhoon! He is a friend. I’m talking about the contestants. The entire team came and consoled me. Samay has been nothing but nice to me since then.”

Addressing rumors of paid PR, Uorfi firmly denied orchestrating media coverage of the incident. “Everyone who thinks I did paid PR on this, I never said anything to any media portal. This happened in front of a live audience. I’ve not paid anyone to write anything in favor of me or against anyone,” she clarified.

Known for her bold and unapologetic personality, Uorfi has often faced criticism and trolling. However, this incident has highlighted her refusal to tolerate abuse or shame. Her stance has garnered support from fans and followers who praised her courage for speaking out against unacceptable behavior.
