Bollywood star Alia Bhatt took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter Raha’s second birthday, sharing a precious throwback photo from when her daughter was just a few weeks old. In the image, Alia is seen tenderly cradling baby Raha while husband Ranbir Kapoor looks on adoringly. Alia’s heartfelt caption read, “2 years today & how I already wish to turn back time to when you were only a few weeks old! But I guess that comes with the territory—once a parent, all you want is for your baby to stay your baby forever…happy birthday our life… You make every day feel like birthday cake.”
The family celebrated Raha’s big day with a festive jungle-themed party. The vibrant decor included real plants, colorful balloons, and a grand display of the name “Raha” in gleaming gold. The party centerpiece, a two-tiered cake topped with a lion, rabbit, and zebra, was adorned with a sweet message reading “Raha 2.” Other unique touches included a tattoo booth operated by “Mr. Giraffe” and playful decorations like a giant panda and monkey.
Family members and close friends attended the bash, including Alia’s parents Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, her sister Pooja Bhatt, and Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor. Special appearances by Disney characters Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse added to the charm, and one heartwarming snapshot captured Mickey and Minnie hugging Mahesh Bhatt.
Alia, who was last seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra with Vedang Raina, has an exciting lineup of films ahead. She will co-star with Ranbir Kapoor in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War and reunite with Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal in Alpha, directed by Shiv Rawail. Alpha marks the seventh installment in Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, following the popular Tiger series featuring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Upcoming films in this franchise include War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, Pathaan 2, and Tiger vs Pathaan.
The celebration marks another milestone for the Bollywood couple and their growing family, as Alia and Ranbir continue to balance their thriving film careers with family life.
