In an exciting announcement for fans, producer Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed the sequel to the 2014 action thriller Kick on October 4. This news comes as a delightful surprise, reviving anticipation for a franchise that was a significant hit at the box office.

Sharing the news on Nadiadwala Grandson’s official Instagram account, the producer posted a striking black-and-white photograph of Salman Khan from a Kick 2 photoshoot. The caption read, “It was a great Kick 2 photo shoot Sikandar….!!! From Grand Sajid Nadiadwala.” This photograph was taken on the sets of Sikandar, the upcoming project that marks the long-awaited collaboration between the producer and actor after nearly a decade. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, known for the blockbuster Ghajini, Sikandar will also feature popular actresses Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal in pivotal roles. The film is slated for release during Eid 2025.

The original Kick was a groundbreaking success, being Salman Khan’s first film to cross the ₹200 crore mark at the box office. Its thrilling storyline, combined with Khan’s charisma, made it a favorite among audiences.
